I already use Clay. Does this replace it?
Claude Code handles the research and list-building phase far cheaper than Clay credits. You can still use Clay for specific enrichments where it makes sense. I show you exactly where each tool fits and where you are overspending.

Can I start with the Diagnostic and decide about the Sprint later?
Yes. The Diagnostic gives you standalone value. If you decide to continue within 7 days, the € 500 counts toward the Sprint price. If you decide later or not at all, you still walk away with a clear action plan.

How much time do I need per week during the Sprint?
