I’m Jasper Vanuytrecht. I’m a Fractional GTM Lead who builds lean, AI-ready outbound systems with B2B founders.

For over a decade, I’ve worked with bootstrapped and capital-light founding teams to build go-to-market systems they own rather than rent. The companies I work with are typically between $1M and $10M ARR: founders who’ve tried outbound, been burned by agencies or premature sales hires, and want a predictable system they can run for under $1,000 per month.

What I Do With Clients

I offer two ways to work together:

  • The 60-Day GTM Build is a flagship programme for founding teams that audits your current strategy, installs a modern AI-ready tech stack, and launches high-conversion outbound campaigns. The result is a fully operational GTM engine the founder owns and operates.

  • Private Coaching & Training is a high-touch, 4-8 week engagement limited to 4 founders per quarter. I work 1:1 to build a tailored GTM infrastructure including ICP definition, messaging, tool setup, and campaign launch.

Both engagements replace the need for $5,000/month agency retainers or $120,000/year Sales Director salaries with a lean system the founding team controls.
