About Founder’s GTM 🦊
I’m Jasper. I’m a Fractional GTM Lead who builds Claude-based GTM systems with B2B founding teams.
For over a decade, I’ve worked with bootstrapped and capital-light founding teams to build go-to-market systems they own rather than rent. The companies I work with are typically between $1M and $10M ARR: founders who’ve tried outbound, been burned by agencies or premature sales hires, and want a predictable system they can run for under $1,000 per month.
What Founder’s GTM Is
Founder’s GTM is a Substack providing proven, AI-ready go-to-market strategies for B2B founders who want to start winning clients predictably without a sales team or agency.
Every edition covers one actionable topic: messaging frameworks that turn cold leads into warm pipeline, deliverability fixes that get emails out of spam, prospecting playbooks for finding buyers ready to act, and Claude Code GTM setups that compound over time.
Paid subscribers get access to advanced playbooks, frameworks, and the full Claude Code GTM System library.
Who This Is For
Founder’s GTM is built for B2B founders and business owners who have hit a growth plateau. Specifically:
Bootstrapped or seed-stage founders between $1M and $10M ARR
Founders who’ve tried outbound and got poor results: low replies, no pipeline, or inconsistent lead flow
Teams that understand referrals and inbound aren’t enough but can’t justify a full-time sales hire
The common thread: founders who understand that no one sells the vision like they do, but need a system so they’re not the bottleneck.
What Makes This Different
Most GTM content is either theoretical and generic (“here’s a framework”) or product-led (“here’s why you need our tool”). Founder’s GTM is context-based and practitioner-led: every strategy comes from real implementations with real founding teams.
I’ve used Claude Code since its launch. The systems I teach are the systems I run: for myself and for clients. The focus is on AI-ready infrastructure that compounds: each campaign makes the next one better because the system retains context, learnings, and data.
The core philosophy: don’t rent your growth. Own it.
