Last Wednesday, I joined Eugene Kadzin on the Instantly Daily Show.
The format: 10 minutes of news, a chat, then 10 minutes where the guest shares their screen and teaches something GTM-related.
I demo’d exactly how the YYY email writing skill works. From scratch. Live, with nothing to buy.
Check out this article to understand how it works and get the skill.
What we did
Three steps, end to end:
Build a Claude skill that holds my YYY email framework, so the output repeats instead of changing with every prompt.
Open a LinkedIn profile and run the skill on it through Claude in Chrome.
Get a first-touch email built on what’s on that profile.
When the emails came out, Eugene laughed nervously:
“Hopefully I’m not gonna get such a cold email, because I will just be buying.”
That’s the bar. A cold email the person running a cold email show would reply to.
🧠 Why a SKILL, and not a prompt
A prompt gives you one answer. Next time you type it slightly differently, and you get a different email.
A skill stores the rules. The framework, the word limits, the banned phrases, what to do when research finds nothing.
It runs the same way on prospect one and prospect fifty.

Then Eugene asked the obvious question:
“One prospect at a time works. How do you do it for 200?”
The skill writes great emails one by one.
It even pushes back when you ask for 200, and it’s right to.
Writing 200 emails and running them as a campaign are two different jobs.
The second part of this article is about the second job:
The full playbook to go from one profile to a 200-prospect email campaign, without losing what made the first email good.
