A bootstrapped founder ran a 14-day cold email campaign targeting 315 prospects. On the surface, it looked like a failure.

Eight replies. A 2.5% reply rate. Most people would have called it quits and rewritten the copy.

But because they were tracking intent signals rather than just replies, the real picture looked different. Four of the six meetings that came from that campaign were booked by prospects who never replied to a single email. They clicked a link, visited the pricing page, engaged with the resource. And then the founder called them. That is what booked the meeting.

6 meetings booked from 315 prospects in 14 days. $55,450 ARR pipeline generated from a 2.5% reply rate campaign. 4 of those 6 meetings came from a phone call to a prospect who never replied.

The lesson is about what you do with the signal. A prospect who engages with your resource is warm. The fastest way to convert that into a meeting is a phone call. Not a follow-up email. A call.

Everything in this guide is built around that result. Not reply rates. Pipeline.

The system has three parts.

  1. The YYY Framework for writing emails that earn responses.

  2. The 3-Step Sequence for following up without burning leads.

  3. A set of Claude Code applications that let you build, run, and improve the whole system faster than any manual approach.

At the end of every chapter you will find a ready-to-run Claude Code prompt. Fill in the brackets and run it. The system builds as you go.

Let’s dive in.
