You might already be on holiday, or at least mentally halfway there. So I want to talk about something that fits the moment: what happens when you step away from the LinkedIn feed… and why more people are moving their attention toward platforms like Substack.

LinkedIn still matters. It owns the intersection of identity, visibility, and intent in B2B. Everyone keeps their profile updated. Everyone checks in regularly. Everyone’s guard is slightly down because it still feels “just LinkedIn.”

That’s what gives it power. But it’s also what’s slowly breaking it.
