More volume, but without losing context.
The problem: scaling the wrong thing
When pipeline slows, the instinct is usually the same: just send more messages.
But more outreach ≠ more pipeline when it’s based on flat criteria (industry, headcount, title). You’re scaling noise, not signal.
Worse: most “scalable” outreach ignores relevance and timing: the two things that actually get you replies, meetings, and eventually revenue.
Persona signals are the goldmine
Funding rounds and job posts are useful signals, but they’re table stakes. Everyone sees them.
